Pexvor is a resume optimization service providing ATS-optimized and professionally designed resumes for engineering students, freshers, and experienced professionals in India. Pexvor operates as a proprietorship under Indian law.

Pexvor provides the following services upon successful payment:

• One ATS-optimized resume — structured for machine screening systems
• One professionally designed resume — structured for human recruiters
• Delivery within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• One round of revisions within 24 hours of delivery

Services are available to:

• Final year engineering students
• Freshers with 0–2 years experience
• Experienced professionals with 2+ years experience

Founder's Price valid till April 30, 2026. Prices subject to change after April 30, 2026. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Payment must be completed before resume optimization begins
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Pexvor reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure

• Both resume versions will be delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• Delivery is made via WhatsApp or email as specified during order placement
• In case of unavoidable delay, customers will be notified promptly via WhatsApp
• Pexvor is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer

• One round of revisions is included with every order
• Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
• Revisions are limited to corrections and adjustments based on original submitted information
• New information provided after delivery will be treated as a new order

• Due to the personalized nature of our service, refunds are not applicable once resume optimization has commenced
• If Pexvor fails to deliver within the promised 48-hour window without prior notification, customers may request a full refund
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@pexvor.in within 48 hours of the missed deadline
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the order form
• Upload your current resume in PDF format
• Respond to any clarification requests within 24 hours
• Use the delivered resumes only for legitimate job application purposes

• All resume content delivered by Pexvor belongs exclusively to the customer
• Pexvor retains the right to use anonymized resume samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer
• Pexvor's brand name, logo, website design, and content are proprietary and may not be reproduced without written permission

• Pexvor does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or any specific outcome from using our resume services
• Pexvor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
• Pexvor is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services

You may not use Pexvor's services to:

• Submit false or misleading information for resume creation
• Reproduce or resell Pexvor's work without written permission
• Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or achievements on your resume

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

Pexvor reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you place an order with Pexvor, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• WhatsApp and phone number
• Current resume in PDF format
• Employment and educational history
• Target role and career preferences
• Payment information processed by Razorpay

Your information is used solely for:

• Delivering your resume optimization service
• Communicating order status and delivery updates
• Sending completed resumes via WhatsApp or email
• Responding to support and revision requests

We never use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond your service delivery.

• Order form responses are stored on Tally.so servers
• Payments are processed and stored by Razorpay
• Submitted resumes are retained for 30 days after delivery then permanently deleted
• Pexvor does not maintain any long-term database of customer personal information

Resume content processed using AI assistance is always anonymized before processing. Personal identifiers including name, phone number, and email address are never passed to any AI tool.

Pexvor uses the following tools to deliver services:

• Tally.so — order form collection and storage
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Canva — resume design
• Google Docs — resume design

Each tool operates under their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them independently.

Pexvor never sells, rents, or shares your personal information with any third party for any purpose whatsoever.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Pexvor never stores, sees, or has access to your payment card details at any point.

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.

Pexvor's website may use basic cookies for functionality purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
